About this coloring page

Step into a garden filled with flowers, butterflies and a winding stone path. A wooden arch covered in blossoms holds a hanging lantern and a rope swing. Beneath it sits a bench with a bouquet, while a cottage with a thatched roof stands beyond the garden. A tall flower-filled planter and a birdbath sit beside the path.

For little kids ages 3–5, an easy way to approach this richly detailed drawing is to choose just a few larger areas, such as the path stones, swing seat or cottage roof. The many small petals and leaves can be left for another day or colored together with a grown-up. Try brown crayons for the wooden features and a favorite bright color for the flowers.
