About this coloring page

A large uppercase E and lowercase e sit above a friendly cartoon elephant. The elephant has wide ears, bright eyes, a small smile, and a long trunk that curls upward at the tip. A little tuft of hair, a thin tail, and rounded toenails add a few small details without making the picture busy.

Designed for an easy coloring session with ages 3–5, the drawing has thick outlines and plenty of open space. Try gray for the elephant with pink inside the ears, or choose a playful purple instead. Color both letters in a matching bright shade using crayons or washable markers, then display the finished sheet on the fridge.

Best paper

Standard printer paper works; 24–32 lb or cardstock is nicer for markers.

Printer settings

Choose “Fit to page” and turn off two-sided printing so ink doesn't bleed through.

Supplies

Chunky crayons or washable markers are easiest for small hands.
