Letter V Is for Van

This simple alphabet drawing pairs an uppercase V and lowercase v with a van facing right. The van has two large wheels, a side window, a windshield, and rounded bumpers. A plain rectangular border surrounds the design, with plenty of open space around the letters and vehicle. Thick outlines and large coloring areas suit little kids ages 3–5 who prefer an easy page with few small details.

Try a bright red or yellow van with light blue windows and gray wheels. Use the same color for both letters, or let each one have its own shade. Chunky crayons work well for the broad spaces. Once finished, the sheet can be displayed on its own or kept with other alphabet pages.
